Refund Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
kwik. provides subscription-based website and hosting services. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our services.
Your Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a payment provider or Merchant of Record processes your purchase, its applicable terms, refund procedures, and consumer protections may also apply.
Before Your Site Goes Live
If you cancel before work on your website has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of amounts paid.
If work has already started, we may deduct a reasonable amount for services already provided or costs already incurred before processing any applicable refund.
Monthly Subscription Payments
Each subscription payment covers your website, hosting, and access to the kwik. service for the relevant billing period.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the relevant service period has started and the service has been made available to you. If you cancel partway through a billing period, your website and service will normally remain available until the end of that paid period.
This does not affect any refund or cancellation rights that apply to you under applicable law or through the payment provider used to process your purchase.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can request cancellation at any time. When your cancellation takes effect:
- Your subscription will not renew for a future billing period.
- Your website and service will normally remain available until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No further subscription payments will be charged after your cancellation takes effect, unless you separately agree to a new service or subscription.
- If you have not completed 12 consecutive months of on-time payments, ownership of the website and domain does not transfer to you, as described in our Terms of Service.
Website and Domain Ownership After 12 Months
Once you have completed 12 consecutive months of on-time payments, ownership of the website and domain may transfer to you in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Payments made before any transfer cover the website, hosting, access, and services provided during those billing periods and do not represent a refundable purchase of ownership.
If Something Is Wrong
If your website is materially unavailable, broken, or does not reasonably match the agreed scope of service, please contact us so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include fixing the issue, restoring the service, providing an appropriate credit, or issuing a refund where appropriate.
Change of Mind
Refunds are generally not provided solely because you change your mind after a service has been delivered or made available to you. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
