About the 72-hour turnaround.
You've probably been putting this off. That's the whole point of Kwik — get it done properly, without dragging it out for weeks.
Every standard site is built within 72 hours once we've got everything we need.
That means your business info, content, images, and anything specific to your site. For Commerce sites, the same 72-hour promise holds for up to 30 products. The one thing outside our control is your payment provider's own registration and verification process — we can't speed that part up, and we'll tell you upfront if it's likely to hold up your go-live date.

One thing worth knowing: payment providers run their own approval process — that's the only part of your 72 hours that isn't fully in our hands. Everything else, including your store and up to 30 products, ships on time.

Your domain is included while your plan is active.
Every Kwik plan includes a .co.za domain for as long as you're an active subscriber. The domain is managed by Kwik during your first 12 months on the plan.
Want to own your domain?
After 12 consecutive months on an active plan, with payments up to date, you can take ownership of your domain. Cancel before then and want to keep the domain? You may be able to buy it from us. Missed payments or a cancelled subscription can affect your eligibility to transfer it. We'll always be upfront about where you stand.
Is there really no setup fee?+
Correct. The price on the card is the full price. We don't charge extra to build the thing you're already paying a monthly fee for.
Why is there no VAT?+
We're not VAT-registered, so there's nothing to add on top. What you see is what you pay.
How fast is 72 hours, really?+
Once we have your brief and content, your site goes live within three working days — including Commerce stores with up to 30 products. The only thing that can push that out is your payment provider's own approval process, which is outside our hands. We'll flag it upfront if that's likely to affect you.
Is the domain really included?+
Yes, while your subscription is active. After 12 consecutive months on an active plan, with payments up to date, you can take ownership of it.
What happens if I already own a domain?+
No problem — we'll connect your existing domain to your new site.
Can I cancel any month?+
Yes. Monthly plans cancel with 30 days notice. You keep your domain and content — always.
What do I need to provide?+
Your logo, services, contact details, images and site content. Don't worry if it's not perfectly organised — we'll tell you exactly what we need.
Can I make changes later?+
Yes. What's included depends on your plan. Anything outside that, we'll flag before doing the work.
Which payment gateways can you connect for my store?+
PayFast, Yoco or Paystack. Already using one of them? We'll check it's compatible and get it hooked up. Need to sign up? We'll point you in the right direction and handle the website-side setup.
I don't have a payment provider yet. Can I still get a store?+
Yes. We'll build the store regardless — you'll just need provider approval before you can accept live payments. That approval is out of our hands, so it can affect your final go-live date.
Does the 72-hour turnaround apply to online stores?+
Yes, up to 30 products. The only thing that can extend it is your chosen payment provider's own verification process.
Do I own my website?+
It's built specifically for your business. Ownership and handover terms are explained clearly when you sign up, so you always know where you stand.
